This is fully encrypted and safe and your card is not debited until the goods are ready for despatch. We offer an easy-to-use and secure on-line ordering system, or if you prefer, you can order by telephone, fax, or snail mail. Using the on-line system is simple. We aim to despatch all orders within five days but at times of high demand despatch may take a little longer; we will advise you if this is likely. Heiland Products are normally despatched within two weeks of ordering. Please read the note below. We are pleased to accept prepaid orders by post, and credit card orders by post, telephone, fax, or e-mail. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Delta and JCB (but not American Express - sorry). We also welcome payment by sterling cheque (drawn on a UK bank). If paying by credit card we suggest you do NOT send your card number or other personal details by e-mail; use our Shopping Cart instead. For your convenience if not using the online system, you can print out and fax or mail this Order Form. Overseas orders are welcome, but if you are not paying by credit card please ensure your cheque is in sterling and drawn on a UK bank. For other payment methods such as bank transfer, please enquire. Payments in currencies other than UK pounds sterling must include an extra 10.00GBP for bank charges. We can now accept payments by PayPal. Please enquire for details if you wish to use this payment method. Overseas Agents We have agents in the following countries: Australia: Mainline Photographics Pty Ltd, PO Box 845, Crows Nest, NSW 2065 All prices are in UK pounds sterling. For international exchange rates, you can use this currency converter to check the approximate equivalent in your local currency. If you are an overseas customer paying by credit card, your card will be charged in UK pounds and your card provider will convert that to your local currency at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. All our products carry a full two year parts and labour guarantee. Mains operated equipment is 200-250V 50-60Hz except where destined for North America and Japan (100-125V, 50-60Hz). Mains power leads are supplied correct for the country of destination where possible (this includes the majority of Europe, America and Australia). We offer a fourteen day money-back guarantee of satisfaction - if you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it in perfect condition for a full refund, (less a nominal amount for carriage). For heavier items (StopClocks, Analysers, all Heiland products) we use the following services: Europe (EU): Royal Mail ParcelForce Euro48. Delivery times vary but are normally 2 - 7 days. Europe (non-EU) and rest of the world: Royal Mail ParcelForce International Scheduled service. For smaller items, we use Royal Mail First Class for UK deliveries, and International Signed For or Airsure for overseas deliveries. Please refer to these carriers' web sites for full details of their services. We try to charge shipping at cost; our shopping cart will give you an estimate of shipping charges based on the total weight of your order. If the actual cost is less, we will charge the lower amount; if it is more we will advise you. Packaging For environmental reasons we try to use recycleable packaging where possible, and to re-use cartons etc when available. Please be assured that if the packaging looks a little second-hand when you receive your order, the product inside will be new! A variety of guaranteed express services are available at extra cost. For express delivery to overseas destinations we will normally use ParcelForce DataPost. Please ask us for a quotation if required. For example, a StopClock Professional or Analyser Pro package weighs approximately 2.2Kg (6lbs) and costs around 52 GBP extra to ship by express to the USA compared to the standard shipping charge of 23.25 GBP. Customers in the UK and the EU must pay UK VAT at the rate prevailing at the time of order (currently 17.5%). We can supply VAT-registered EU customers free of VAT if a valid VAT number is supplied at the time of order (the number will be checked!). Customers outside the EU do not have to pay VAT. Our price lists show prices inclusive and exclusive of VAT where applicable. Customs import duty (which may be payable on import to non-EU countries) varies from country to country and we cannot advise on rates. Preferential rates apply to certain countries importing goods of EU origin and our invoice will carry the relevant declaration where applicable. Important Note:
